Hi Mark,

Wanted to share this great story with you. After listening to your voice mail I decided it was time to get out and flier the neighborhoods once again on a Saturday. I came across this lady sitting in her garage so I of course went up and introduced myself to her and offered my services. She said she was having Costco come out this afternoon and could I come back afterwards, and said sure or if you like I can get measurements right now then we could price out what it is you want. She said great I already know what I want I want Silhouette's and Provenance Woven Woods.

I left a message for her on Sunday morning (we met on Saturday) so she called me back and said that the Costco lady called her 10 minutes before there appointment time and had to reschedule for Sunday morning at 10:00. Well, she called me at 10:36 and said that she still hasn't shown up how could I come on Monday. She also wondered if we were as back logged as Costco was and it would take 8 weeks for the product to be installed. I told her I get Silhouette's in 5 days and they would be up by 7. Her mouth dropped. I also told her that they were manufactured locally and if there is ever a problem it was much faster to get it corrected.

So get this - it's a 4300 square foot house, there are 45 windows to be covered, and they are General Contractors. So hopefully this may lead to other jobs with them. Should be another great month.
